When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, your preferred language and your selected training mode (on-site, hybrid or online). We do not collect any other personal information through this website.

Your data is used solely to notify you when Mallorca Movement Collective opens and to share information about founding-member access and the opening week. We will not send marketing unrelated to this launch.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form and accept this privacy policy.

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or until the launch communications have been completed, after which your information is deleted.

Your data is not sold. It may be processed by service providers (e.g. hosting and email delivery) acting on our behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time.
